I know starting something new can feel overwhelming. Here are answers to questions I often hear from moms navigating their pre and postpartum seasons.
What can I expect from coaching?
Think of it as having a dedicated partner for your well-being. I’ll look at your nutrition, movement, and mental energy to create a sustainable plan that feels good for you and your family.
How do our sessions work?
it depends on what tier is best for you but typically I meet remotely via video chat, so you can stay comfortable at home with your little one nearby. My focus is on practical steps that actually fit into a mom’s busy schedule.
Can I start while I am still pregnant?
Yes, and I highly recommend it! Preparing your body and mind for birth and the early weeks home is some of the most impactful work we can do together. I also coach women who are planning on getting pregnant & have some health goals before they start trying.
What if I am already postpartum?
It’s never too late to find your strength again. Whether you are 4 weeks or 4 years postpartum, we focus on rebuilding your energy and reconnecting with yourself. I work with mom's in a variety of seasons & ages :)
