When is it safe to start working with you after giving birth?

& Do I need to be “in shape” to start?

Every woman’s recovery timeline is different. I typically recommend getting clearance from your provider before beginning structured exercise. From there, I tailor your program to your stage of healing  - whether you're 6 weeks postpartum or 2 years out and still rebuilding.

Not at all. You start exactly where you are. Whether you’re just beginning again or returning after a long break, your program will be built around your current capacity - not where you think you “should” be.

What makes your coaching different from other fitness programs?

My coaching is built specifically for pre & postpartum women.  Whether you are thinking about starting a family and have health goals before you begin, are in the middle of pregnancy, or actively postpartum - I'm here to help every step of the way.

 

As a former professional athlete and mom of two who has rebuilt after high-risk pregnancies, I understand both performance training and postpartum recovery. You won’t get extreme workouts or unrealistic expectations - you’ll get safe, sustainable progress designed for your season of life.

Is this just physical training, or do you help with mindset too?

Both. Motherhood impacts identity, confidence, and mental clarity. I integrate mindset support alongside fitness and nutrition because lasting transformation requires more than workouts  - it requires mental resilience.

What if I don’t have much time?

You’re a mom  - I expect that. Your plan is built around your real schedule. Efficient workouts, practical nutrition guidance, and simple mindset tools that fit into motherhood, not compete with it.

Will this help me lose weight?

Yes  -  in a sustainable, realistic way. My focus is on building you a plan based on your goals, supporting your journey, and improving your mindset. Weight loss becomes a byproduct of consistent, aligned habits  - not extreme restriction.

What results can I expect?

You can expect to feel stronger, more confident, and more grounded in your body. Many women see fat loss, improved energy, and better core strength - but more importantly, they regain clarity and belief in themselves making the investment in yourself worth it.
